Feel full now

There’s something I’ve been seeing more and more clearly: everything in life is relative. Love, money, time, energy—they’re not fixed numbers. They’re feelings. And it’s not what we have, but how we feel about what we have, that shapes our reality.

You can be surrounded by love and still feel unloved. You can live in a luxury home and still feel like you haven’t “made it.” Meanwhile, someone with very little can walk the world in deep joy, feeling wealthy in spirit and generous in heart.

So what’s going on here?

The World Teaches Us to Feel Lack

From the moment we’re born, society teaches us: you are not enough yet. Not pretty enough. Not rich enough. Not productive enough. Even wellness culture and “self-improvement” can become subtle forms of shame—constantly whispering that there’s a better version of you, just out of reach.

And so we start measuring everything:

“How much do they love me?

“How much time do I have?”

“Am I successful enough?”

But here’s the truth I’m learning:

As long as you’re measuring, you’re not feeling.

You Can Live in Abundance Now

Abundance isn’t something you arrive at—it’s a realm you choose to live in.

It’s not a destination, it’s a decision.

It’s not “when I get this
” but “I already am.”

It’s a soft breath. A peaceful heart. A mind that notices: I have so much right now.

And in that moment—whether you’re single, in love, broke, blooming, or somewhere in-between—you realize: I am rich in life

Why We Mock Abundance

We live in a culture that now calls it “delulu” to dream big or feel deeply fulfilled without external proof. People mock those who claim joy before they've “earned it,” who choose to believe in love, even if others can’t see it.

But that’s only because lack is the dominant frequency.

And when you shine in abundance, you trigger those still trapped in lack. Not because you're wrong—but because your light reminds them there’s another way.

We’re Living in Two Worlds at Once

You can share a home, a job, even a bed—and still live in different realities.

One person is in the realm of lack: never enough love, never enough time.

The other is living in the realm of abundance: everything is a gift, everything is enough.

We each get to choose which realm we live in. Every day.

A Simple Shift Back to Abundance

There’s no better self

Don’t wait for proof.
Don’t wait for permission.
Feel full now.
Act from overflow now.
You are already there.

And the moment you feel that—you’ve already entered a new realm
